The administrative department is responsible for the management of the
District, in addition to providing financial, billing, and customer services
for all water and wastewater customers.
The responsibilities of management include overseeing daily operations
through developing and implementing policies, administering personnel
programs, and preparing for, conducting, and assisting with monthly Board
meetings. Responsibilities relative to finance include maintaining accounts
payable and payroll, performing internal audits and assisting with external
audits, preparing and submitting required reports, and monitoring the
budget.
The
billing and customer service duties include developing monthly bills,
processing adjustments, preparing necessary reports, maintaining customer
accounts, posting payment, preparing work orders, addressing customer
inquiries and complaints, and assisting with bulk mailings.
